Skateboarding

 Hi everybody it's Jonathan here and I want to tell you about skateboarding. This morning my class got to do skateboarding with two amazing coaches, their names were Ben and Lawrence. We got to learn how to get onto a skateboard, how to do a tic tac, how to carve (turn) and how to crab walk. We found out there are three sections of the board: The deck (middle), the nose (front) and the tail (back). We learnt how to play What's up wolf pack (basically Red light, Green light but with skateboards). Tic tac is when you put weight on the one foot on the tail lifting it up, then turning the foot on the tail and taking away the weight on the tail. Crab walking is basically walking by only using Tic tacing. The sun was shining bright so it wasn't cold outside and learning how to balance on a skateboard helped (most) people not fall over.
